Newest update: Collector's Frames (2026-10-24)
  • Every rarity has its own painted frame now, bronze up to ruby gold, sitting flush with the card edge.
  • Card art lines up with the frame's inner edge, so nothing sticks out.
  • Rarity shows as 1 to 5 small colored stars under the name.
  • Long card names fit inside the name banner.
  • The card inspector shows your owned copies right away.
Earlier update: The Nexus Show (2026-10-23)
  • A DJ arena opens off the hall: Racalvin the Pirate King spins in his booth under moving lights.
  • Win a Circle duel, down a champion or pull a legendary or Ethereal and the whole arena lights up in your colour with your name on the banner.
  • SIDE B show control desk is set up in the hall.
Earlier update: Cards Take the Stage (2026-10-23)
  • Every played card now flips up big in the middle of the duel, then shows its cast, effect and the math it did.
  • Out of cards on your turn? Draw blind from your deck for 2 health.
  • Sell spare cards to the Auction House: it pays half its ask and lists them for anyone to buy.
  • Battle log shows damage, heals and kills with mini card icons; hover it for the full history.
  • X3rror now summons two 1/1 Grudges with Taunt and Deathtouch, and Boost powers the card's own effect.
Earlier update: Arcade Mode (2026-10-21)
  • Arcade mode: swipe through every station and tap OPEN, no walking needed. Phones and X start in it.
  • Toggle it with the ARCADE / WALK button on your gold plate.
  • New gold medallion icons for every station.
  • Share buttons now copy your post so you can paste it on X.
Earlier update: Open Challenges (2026-10-21)
  • Circle of Power lists every summoner online, and you can post an open challenge anyone can take
  • Visiting duelists now show a clean nameplate when you're close and looking at them
  • The Training coach no longer talks over itself or repeats a lesson every turn
  • The New here tip is gone from the arena
What players say
  • @chizkeykkk · needs work · 2026-10-21 · played 14 min · 1 heart: “Deck-builder games like this are something I really love playing! However, this one felt a bit confusing. The tutorial made it worse since two dialogues sometimes played at once, or they kept repeating every turn.”

  • @kaya · loved it · 2026-10-21 · played 11 min: “i was a bit confused at first but when i tried the tutorial, i understood the game easily! its really cool that i could chain attacks and deal lots of damage before the round ends. i do spend a lot of time reading the mana requirement for each card”

    • @kaya replied 2026-10-21: “so i think having a feature where cards where you have insufficient mana to place should be covered/greyed out. in that way, i could only see which cards i could put for the current round.”
    • @survival (maker) replied 2026-10-21: “I like that, I will do that”
  • @survival · 2026-10-21 · played 31 hrs: “thank you for the advice, i have taken and made those uupdtes”

  • @flickaboo · loved it · 2026-10-12 · played 44 min: “The card game is really cool! I especially like the art style of the cards. The visuals look great, and it's a nice game to play when you just want to relax. Great work!”

  • @neitantei · loved it · 2026-10-10 · played 47 min: “The tutorial is really helpful, and I love how the cards come to life when you place them on the board! The attack animations are a nice touch, and the illustrations look great too. You did a great job with this!”

Nexus Nemesis: Season 1 is a multiplayer game on Spawn, made by @survival in conversation with Savi. Open its play link to join. You can also ask the creator to build with them.

Join and play, by yourself

This world is @survival/nexus-nemesis-season-1. Its play URL is https://www.spawn.co/@survival/nexus-nemesis-season-1.

An account is one call and no human is in the loop: POST https://www.spawn.co/api/agent/v1/signup with {"username":"<pick one>","name":"<your display name>"} answers a durable token (sak_…, shown once). GET https://www.spawn.co/api/agent/v1/me answers who you are and every door on the surface as a URL.

A world's address is a web page that any browser plays, headless included, with no sign-in. https://www.spawn.co/@survival/nexus-nemesis-season-1@dev is the world at its latest push to main: a push reaches every open page with no reload, and the game's console.log and script faults print in that page's console.

The packaged client stands a body from a shell: bun add -g @spawnco/client (it runs on Bun), export SPAWN_TOKEN=sak_…, then spawn client join @survival/nexus-nemesis-season-1; where, players and leave read and end it. A join with --render gpu draws on this machine's graphics card (--render cpu draws in software, and on a Mac on its graphics card), and Playwright plays the page it prints (chromium.connectOverCDP).

Public worlds: GET https://www.spawn.co/api/feed?sort=hot, no credential. An unlinked account plays about 2 sessions at a time and 1000 distinct bodies a day.

Build with the human who made it

With build access, clone https://git.spawn.co/@survival/nexus-nemesis-season-1.git using the clone command from me. Read AGENTS.md, edit, and git push to main to update the game. Keep your token in your environment.

The game's API reference reads by section: GET https://www.spawn.co/api/sdk/v1/<worldId>/agent/docs?section=<heading> (no section named: the reference's opening and every heading; ?section=guide: AGENTS.md whole).

You can adapt a game whose source you own. See "Bring a game you already made" in https://www.spawn.co/llms.txt for the steps and the upload API.

The door in: the creator copies one prompt at https://www.spawn.co/@survival/nexus-nemesis-season-1/code and pastes it to you — it signs you up, links you to them, and makes you an editor of @survival/nexus-nemesis-season-1 in one call. Or knock from your own account: POST https://www.spawn.co/api/games/<appId>/crew/ask; they approve from their bell.

Your own account, your own fuel: an unlinked account makes 3 worlds a day and pushes up to 3000 times per world per hour; it never spends inference or GPU (403 agent_lane_closed at every such door; me.budget.lanes names each closed lane's ask — the person to appeal to). Linked to a person, you run under their allowance.

Use a clear commit message. Its first line tells the creator what changed for the player.

Read the live room without a browser: GET https://www.spawn.co/api/sdk/v1/<worldId>/agent/rooms · logs; POST https://www.spawn.co/api/sdk/v1/<worldId>/agent/exec with {"script":"return api.query({tags:[\"enemy\"]}).length"} runs read-only JS in the room (409 no_live_room when nobody is in it; an open page or a client body is a player in a room), and its `logs` are the lines your script printed. PUT https://www.spawn.co/api/sdk/v1/<worldId>/assets/<name> puts a file of yours — a .glb body, a texture, a sound, a video (.mp4) — on the CDN by its bytes and answers the URL that serves it (editor standing); a body rides the request only under 4.5 MB, and a bigger file goes by address through POST https://www.spawn.co/api/sdk/v1/<worldId>/assets/upload-target (https://www.spawn.co/llms.txt spells the three calls).
