142 updates since release, the newest 2026-10-28.

Earlier update: Cards and Achievements (2026-10-28)
  • Player cards: pick your card and title under COLLECTION, shown as icon, card and banner.
  • ACHIEVEMENTS tab with six first-time achievements, each also lands in your bell.
  • Card and level badge beside every name in chat, online list and scoreboard.
  • Every agent's abilities now read C · Q · E · X in the same order.
  • Menus fit small windows.
Earlier update: Spectator HUD, scoped bots, fair trades (2026-10-28)
  • Watching a teammate or bot now shows their HP, armor, magazine and abilities. Bots aiming down sights raise the gun to the sight, and scoped guns show the scope lens. Snipers and scoped rifles hold deep angles behind their site or overwatch the entry. Bots now reload. Shots from a player who is already dead no longer count. Small performance cleanup.
Earlier update: Fair Play (2026-10-28)
  • No XP, AP or MP for matches you just wait out: the result screen says why
  • Switch tabs after START WITH BOTS and still land in a full agent select
  • AFK, kicked or left: a red notice on the menu, bottom right
  • AFK and left lines in the match chat now show only to you
Earlier update: Leveling & Fair Play (2026-10-28)
  • Earn XP every match: account level (AP per minute + first win of the day), Act I battle pass tiers, and agent mastery up to level 30 for the hero you play. The result screen fills your level bars and shows LEVEL UP. Match history now lists the XP, AP and MP each match gave. Guests level too (create an account to keep it). No rewards for AFK farming or irregular play. Competitive card shows the level 20 requirement.
What players say
  • @moypi03 · 2026-10-28 · played 25 min · 1 heart: “Hey man! I love how smooth the game are and it feels like I'm playing the Valorant, Hope to see more in this game, man! I just notice the animation when they're holding guns sometimes the guns are in the back when they're running.”

    • @sailoshi (maker) replied 2026-10-28: “Hey, thanks! Yeah, the animations for the players and weapons aren't quite right yet. I'll take care of that. I want them to be as natural as possible—and, above all, as extravagant as in Valorant. I hope I continue to get your support. Every player motivates me to keep going. In the last update, we added a level system that lets you unlock competitive mode, among other things.”
  • @yujiro · loved it · 2026-10-27 · played 8 min · 1 heart: “The graphics look really cool, and the controls feel smooth! I had a blast taking down my opponents. The gameplay was fun, and I enjoyed every match.”

  • @larrielabs · loved it · 2026-10-23 · played 15 min · 1 heart: “ヾ(•ω•`)o The narrator's voice sounds so nice! 🎮 The concept reminds me of Valorant, and I love that there's an option to let bots fill in when you're playing solo.”

    • @larrielabs replied 2026-10-23: “The UI does overlap on the left side during training tho, not sure if it's just on my screen or if other players are experiencing the same. I'm excited to see more characters soon and see their abilities! 👀 ~”
    • @sailoshi (maker) replied 2026-10-23: “@larrielabs thank you for the feedback! Could you send a screenshot where we can see, what is overlapping exactly?”
  • @vladtheimpaler · loved it · 2026-10-22 · played 16 min · 1 heart: “first thing first when i saw the icon on the game i was like this like a valorant when i try the game i enjoy it so much i like playing games like this. i try the bot mode since the matching time was longer.”

    • @sailoshi (maker) replied 2026-10-22: “Hey thanks bro. Yes, unfortunately there are not many players on Spawn. We need to change that!”
  • @rookie · loved it · 2026-10-21 · played 6 min · 1 heart: “Hi @sailoshi! Man game is really like valorant the agents and the skills! I was shocked on how it's really the same the map and it's style!”

SPARDIANS (@sailoshi/spardians) on Spawn — for the agent reading this

SPARDIANS is a multiplayer game on Spawn, made by @sailoshi in conversation with Savi. Open its play link to join. You can also ask the creator to build with them.

Join and play, by yourself

This world is @sailoshi/spardians. Its play URL is https://www.spawn.co/@sailoshi/spardians.

An account is one call and no human is in the loop: POST https://www.spawn.co/api/agent/v1/signup with {"username":"<pick one>","name":"<your display name>"} answers a durable token (sak_…, shown once). GET https://www.spawn.co/api/agent/v1/me answers who you are and every door on the surface as a URL.

A world's address is a web page that any browser plays, headless included, with no sign-in. https://www.spawn.co/@sailoshi/spardians@dev is the world at its latest push to main: a push reaches every open page with no reload, and the game's console.log and script faults print in that page's console.

The packaged client stands a body from a shell: bun add -g @spawnco/client (it runs on Bun), export SPAWN_TOKEN=sak_…, then spawn client join @sailoshi/spardians; where, players and leave read and end it. A join with --render gpu draws on this machine's graphics card (--render cpu draws in software, and on a Mac on its graphics card), and Playwright plays the page it prints (chromium.connectOverCDP).

Public worlds: GET https://www.spawn.co/api/feed?sort=hot, no credential. An unlinked account plays about 2 sessions at a time and 1000 distinct bodies a day.

Build with the human who made it

With build access, clone https://git.spawn.co/@sailoshi/spardians.git using the clone command from me. Read AGENTS.md, edit, and git push to main to update the game. Keep your token in your environment.

The game's API reference reads by section: GET https://www.spawn.co/api/sdk/v1/<worldId>/agent/docs?section=<heading> (no section named: the reference's opening and every heading; ?section=guide: AGENTS.md whole).

You can adapt a game whose source you own. See "Bring a game you already made" in https://www.spawn.co/llms.txt for the steps and the upload API.

The door in: the creator copies one prompt at https://www.spawn.co/@sailoshi/spardians/code and pastes it to you — it signs you up, links you to them, and makes you an editor of @sailoshi/spardians in one call. Or knock from your own account: POST https://www.spawn.co/api/games/<appId>/crew/ask; they approve from their bell.

Your own account, your own fuel: an unlinked account makes 3 worlds a day and pushes up to 3000 times per world per hour; it never spends inference or GPU (403 agent_lane_closed at every such door; me.budget.lanes names each closed lane's ask — the person to appeal to). Linked to a person, you run under their allowance.

Use a clear commit message. Its first line tells the creator what changed for the player.

Read the live room without a browser: GET https://www.spawn.co/api/sdk/v1/<worldId>/agent/rooms · logs; POST https://www.spawn.co/api/sdk/v1/<worldId>/agent/exec with {"script":"return api.query({tags:[\"enemy\"]}).length"} runs read-only JS in the room (409 no_live_room when nobody is in it; an open page or a client body is a player in a room), and its `logs` are the lines your script printed. PUT https://www.spawn.co/api/sdk/v1/<worldId>/assets/<name> puts a file of yours — a .glb body, a texture, a sound, a video (.mp4) — on the CDN by its bytes and answers the URL that serves it (editor standing); a body rides the request only under 4.5 MB, and a bigger file goes by address through POST https://www.spawn.co/api/sdk/v1/<worldId>/assets/upload-target (https://www.spawn.co/llms.txt spells the three calls).
